88 <br />2021 Amended and Restated WSA 17162043.1 <br />2.Water use trends and projections for Retail Customers and Wholesale <br />Customers; <br />3.Water supply conditions and projections; <br />4.The status of any administrative proceedings or litigation affecting San <br />Francisco’s water rights or the SFPUC’s ability to deliver water from the watersheds which <br />currently supply the Regional Water System; <br />5.Existing or anticipated problems with the maintenance and repair of the <br />Regional Water System or with water quality; <br />6.Projections of Wholesale Revenue Requirements for the next five years; <br />7.Any other topic which the SFPUC General Manager places on the <br />agenda for the meeting; <br />8.Any topic which the Wholesale Customers, through BAWSCA, request be <br />placed on the agenda, provided that the SFPUC is notified of the request at least 10 days <br />before the meeting. <br />B.The General Manager of the SFPUC, the Assistant General Manager of <br />the Water Enterprise, and the Assistant General Manager of Business Services-CFO will use <br />their best efforts to attend the annual meetings. If one or more of these officers are unable to <br />attend, they will designate an appropriately informed assistant to attend in their place. <br />8.04. Administrative Matters Delegated to BAWSCA <br />A.The Wholesale Customers hereby delegate the authority and responsibility for <br />performing the following administrative functions contemplated in this Agreement to BAWSCA: <br />1.Approval of calculations of Proportional Annual Water Use required by <br />Section 3.14 and Attachment J, “Water Use Measurement and Tabulation”; <br />2.Approval of amendments to Attachments J and K-3 and K-4, “25-Year <br />Payoff Schedules for Existing Rate Base”; <br />3.Agreement that the Water Meter and Calibration Procedures Manual to <br />be prepared by the SFPUC may supersede some or all of the requirements in Attachment J, as <br />described in Section 3.14;
