SECTION D. COUNTY LINE AND IN-CITY TERMINAL RESERVOIR METER <br />CALIBRA nON AND MAINTENANCE <br />i. General <br />This section refers only to the County-Line and In-City Terminal Reservoir Meters. The <br />term "meter(s)" includes the primary meter.itself (most of the primary meters in the SFPUC's <br />water system are Venturi-type flow meters) as well as any and all of the associated equipment <br />used to measure, record, and transmit flow and water level data. The metering equipment <br />associated with the primary metering device (also referred to as the secondary metering <br />equipment) includes differential pressure transmitters, recorders, telecommunications equipment <br />and the portion of the SFPUC's Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System <br />that is used to transmit flow and water level measurements from the water meter to the computer <br />terminal that records the measured data. <br />The County-Line and In-City Terminal Reservoir meters, their general locations, and <br />their associated metering equipment are listed in Table 4. <br />2. Frequency and Type of Work to be Performed <br />The meters, water level sensors, and associated metering equipment are to be inspected, <br />tested, calibrated, and maintained according to the applicable meter calibration and maintenance <br />frequency specified in Table 5. <br />3.
