Water Enterprise administrative and general expenses (Section 5.06) <br /> <br />5. Water Enterprise property taxes (Section 5.07) <br /> <br />6. The Water Enterprise's share of the Hetch Hetchy Enterprise's operation <br />and maintenance, administrative and general, and property tax expenses (Section 5.08) <br /> <br />7. The Water Enterprise's share of the Hetch Hetchy Enterprise's capital <br />cost of New Assets classified as Water-Only and the Water-Related portion of Joint assets <br />(Section 5.09) <br /> <br />In each of these cost categories, Direct Retail Expenses will be allocated entirely to <br />Retail Customers. Direct Wholesale Expenses will be allocated entirely to the Wholesale <br />Customers. Regional Expenses will be allocated between Retail Customers and Wholesale <br />Customers as provided in this Article. <br /> <br />G. For purposes of establishing the rates to be charged Wholesale Customers, <br />expenses will be based on the budget for, and estimates of water purchases in, the following <br />fiscal year, as provided in Article 6. For purposes of accounting, the Wholesale Revenue <br />Requirement will be determined on the basis of actual expenses incurred and actual water use, <br />as provided in Article 7. <br /> <br />H. In addition, rates charged to Wholesale Customers may include the Wholesale <br />Customers' contribution to a Wholesale Revenue Coverage Reserve, as provided in Section <br />6.06, which is not included in the Wholesale Revenue Requirement itself. <br /> <br />-35- <br /> <br />1840795.8 <br />
