REV: 06-12-2023 JB <br />e.Document test data and observations through daily and end-of-job <br />summary reports. Daily reports shall be submitted to the City on a daily <br />basis. Daily reports should describe the activities performed at the time <br />of field services. All report writing and office supervision expenses will <br />also be included in the hourly rate. <br />f.Deliverables: Field Inspection and Material Testing Reports. <br />The work shall be performed by qualified personnel with valid professional <br />licenses and certifications. Copies of licenses and certifications shall be <br />provided to City for verification. <br />TIME SCHEDULE: <br />The schedule for the work shall be on an on-call, as-needed basis. Consultant <br />shall be available to perform on-site with a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice <br />by the City. <br />FEE SCHEDULE <br />Consultant shall be paid on an hourly basis at the rates set forth in the Schedule of <br />Charges attached. A two (2) hour minimum charge applies per <br />inspection. For services with Soils Inspector with Nuclear Gauge (Portal-to-Portal <br />Charges Apply) the hourly rate includes labor, reporting (preparation and delivery of <br />testing reports), travel, sampling, sample pick-up, core sampling technical supervision, <br />testing equipment, taxes, insurance and all other incidental charges and all other <br />expenses.
