REV: 06-08-2023 JB <br />e.Document test data and observations through daily and end-of-job <br />summary reports. Daily reports shall be submitted to the City on a daily <br />basis. Daily reports should describe the activities performed at the time <br />of field services. All report writing and office supervision expenses will <br />also be included in the hourly rate. <br />f.Deliverables: Field Inspection and Material Testing Reports. <br />The work shall be performed by qualified personnel with valid professional <br />licenses and certifications. Copies of licenses and certifications shall be <br />provided to City for verification. <br />TIME SCHEDULE: <br />The schedule for the work shall be on an on-call, as-needed basis.
