REV: 06-13-24 MI Addendum #1 Statement of Work This Statement of Work (“SOW”) describes the professional services that Company has engaged Trimble (collectively “Parties’’) to perform on behalf of Company. This SOW is integrated into the attached Order Form that incorporates the Master Terms of Service agreed to by the Parties. This SOW may not be modified or amended except in writing signed by a duly authorized representative of each Party. PURPOSE Company is providing project management services for Customer pursuant to the Prime Agreement (as defined in Addendum #3) in connection with the 101/84 Interchange Reconstruction Project. Trimble acknowledges that it is acting as a Subcontractor of Company pursuant to the Prime Agreement. Trimble further acknowledges that the services described herein are intended to provide Customer specific templates and processes for Customer to use in other projects and that the use of e-Builder and the deliverables provided by Trimble are in no way limited to a particular capital project or to the ongoing engagement of Company. Company will be providing services to Customer in connection with the Prime Agreement with respect to management of the implementation process set forth in the table below. For clarity, all services and Deliverables set forth in this SOW will be performed or provided by Trimble. PROJECT GOALS AND TARGETS A successful delivery of the professional services will be characterized by the completion of all configuration of the e-Builder instance in conformance with the Solution Document and the terms of this Agreement. As set forth below, a Project Schedule will be provided as a Deliverable during the Project Kickoff and Discovery Phase. The project schedule will be mutually agreed and based on discussions between Trimble, Company and Customer.
