REV: 06-13-24 MI Exhibit “B” SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE In additional to carrying out Consultant’s obligations as “Company” under the Order Form, Consultant shall: (a) manage the professional services provided by Trimble pursuant to the Order Form and use professional standard of care to enforce Trimble’s on-time compliance with the requirements of the Order Form; (b) provide guidance to the City on the implementation process, including the establishment of implementation goals, project schedule and agreement on the solution documents with Trimble; (c) track performance by Trimble and the obligations of City pursuant to the Order Form to keep the implementation on schedule; and (d) provide enhanced implementation services and deliverables in connection with e- Builder, including the development of templates and reports for use by City in the Project and other City capital projects. Furthermore, Consultant will perform a comprehensive assessment of the City’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and accounting structure to ensure e-Builder implementation includes flexibility for expansion and inclusion of all project types. The assessment includes coordination with e-Builder and City staff on standard templates and import templates for project specific needs (up to 6). The assessment also includes evaluating current best practices and providing to the City and e-Builder for the development of processes. Consultant will prepare up to two additional processes and four standard reports. Supplemental training and support will be provided as needed. ATTY/AGR.2024/Amend.
