6/11/01 <br />0 R I G I 11 A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14257 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br />SERVICES RELATING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROJECTS <br />LOCATED WITHIN THE VICINITY OF BAIR ISLAND ROAD /EAST <br />BAYSHORE AREA <br />(BOTTOMLEY ASSOCIATES, URBAN DESIGN & CITY PLANNING) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires site plan, architectural and <br />urban design project review assistance relating to the development of projects <br />located within the vicinity of Bair Island Road /East Bayshore area in the City of <br />Redwood City (the "Project'); and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />consulting services; and <br />WHEREAS, Bottomley Associates, Urban Design & City Planning of <br />Oakland, California, represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified <br />to perform the aforesaid services required for the Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br />Services (Bair Island Road /East Bayshore Area Study)" (form dated 06/04/01), <br />by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, and Bottomley Associates, Urban Design & City Planning, for the <br />Reso -1174 1 <br />FXS:djk <br />Shared /Redwood /Council <br />06/04/01 <br />
