<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />System Description: <br />D Main system control will be via a 14 channel audio mixer with 10 microphonelline inputs and 4 line-only <br />inputs. Audio mixer will feature auto-mix capabilities on its first 4 inputs and feedback suppression <br />capabilities. <br />D System will include 3 handheld wired microphones, 2 handheld wireless microphones and one lavaliere <br />wireless microphone. 3 desk stands, 2 floor stands and wired microphone cables will be included. <br />D System will feature stereo line input at front of stage for connection of external line level audio sources <br />such as a laptop computer (laptop not included). <br />D System will feature stereo line input at the mixer location for connection of external line level audio <br />sources such as a portable MP3 player (MP3 player not included). <br />D System will feature 4 additional microphone inputs via wall plates near front of the stage. These would <br />most likely be used to connect wired microphones for use on stage or for use in area immediately in front of <br />stage. <br />D System will feature 3 additional microphone inputs via bulkhead connector at mixer location. These would <br />most likely be used to connect wired microphones for use on stage. <br />D Audio reinforcement will be via 8 ceiling speakers distributed throughout the listening space. <br />D System will feature 2 12" two-way stage monitors. Stage monitors will be connected to system via wall <br />plates near front of the stage. <br />D System will be housed in a lockable, wall-mounted equipment rack with integral cooling fans and a <br />lockable drawer to store microphones and accessories. <br /> <br />Scope of Work and accompanying bid is subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />D Work area will be free of any hazardous materials, specifically asbestos. <br /> <br />D Premises will be available for work to proceed during normal working hours. <br /> <br />D Wall construction will support the weight of equipment rack. Adequate in-wall weight bearing <br />infrastructure is assumed to exist or will be provided by others. <br />D Adequate power at equipment location is assumed to exist or will be provided by others. <br /> <br />D Cables to/from system components will either be installed in-ceiling, in-wall or under-floor where practical <br />or on the surface of the wall in surface-mounted, non-metallic raceway. <br /> <br />Work To Be Performed: <br /> <br />D Install ceiling speakers and run cables to equipment cabinet. <br /> <br />D Install wall mounted rack <br /> <br />D Install all equipment in rack. <br /> <br />D Install wall plates on front of stage. We will attempt to reuse existing audio conduit/wall boxes where <br />practical. <br />D Perform system power up and check out <br /> <br />D Perform system training to RWC personnel not to exceed 4 man hours to be scheduled in no less than 2 <br />hour increments at the convenience of Fairoaks Community Center. <br />D Provide system as-built drawings and binder complete with OEM documentation for all system <br />components. <br />D Coordinate the functioning of sound system with Satellite III Hearing Loop system being installed at the <br /> <br />same time. <br /> <br />ATTY/AGR/2009.056 <br />100809 <br /> <br />8 <br />
