That, prior to the recordation of said final map by City, <br />the owner or subdivider shall furnish to the City and <br />file with the City Clerk certificates or policies of <br />public liability and property damage insurance as re- <br />quired by the above mentioned agreement entitled <br />"Agreement for Greenhouse Garden Subdivision," on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That those certain plans entitled "Plan for the Improvement <br /> <br />of Greenhouse Garden, Redwood City, California" and those certain <br /> <br />specifications entitled "Standard Specifications, City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, August 1974," which plans and specifications are now on file <br /> <br />in the office of the Director of Public Works, are hereby approved <br /> <br />and adopted as the plans and specifications according to which the <br /> <br />above mentioned improvements shall be done. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and said owner or subdivider, entitled "Agreement for <br /> <br />Greenhouse Garden Subdivision," a copy of which is on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk and to which reference is hereby made, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
