Three or more dwelling units on a lot or in a single development, <br />including townhouses, condominiums or rental apartments and accessory community buildings <br />or recreational facilities. Three (3) or more attached or detached dwelling units on a single lot <br />or in a single development, including townhouses, condominiums or rental apartments and <br />accessory community buildings or recreational facilities, but excluding accessory dwelling units. <br /> <br />Dwelling, Single-Family. One dwelling unit on a lot that may include an accessory <br />dwelling unit and/or junior accessory dwelling unit. One (1) dwelling unit on a lot that may <br />include an accessory dwelling unit. <br /> <br />Dwelling, Two-Family or Duplex. Two dwelling units on a lot or in a single development. <br />Two (2) attached or detached dwelling units on a single lot, but excluding accessory dwelling <br />units. <br /> <br />Dwelling Unit, Primary. Any dwelling unit that is not an Accessory Dwelling Unit, as <br />provided in Article 37 of the Zoning Code. <br /> <br />Emergency Shelter(land use). Housing for homeless persons with minimal supportive <br />services that is limited to occupancy of six months or less. <br /> <br />Family Care Home. A state-authorized, certified, or licensed family care home, foster <br />home, or group home serving six (6) or fewer mentally disordered or otherwise handicapped <br />persons or dependent or neglected children on a twenty-four (24)-hour basis. <br /> <br />Family Child Care Home, Large. See Article 39 (Child Care). [no change] <br /> <br />Family Child Care Home, Small. See Article 39 (Child Care). [no change] <br /> <br />Farmworker Employee Housing. Housing for agricultural employees consisting of no <br />more than 36 beds in group quarters or 12 units or less designed for use by a single household <br />that is allowed as an agricultural use. <br /> <br />Funeral Home. An establishment primarily engaged in the provision of services involving <br />the care, preparation, or disposition of human remains and conducting memorial services. This <br />use includes a crematory, columbarium, mausoleum, or mortuary. <br /> <br />Group Home Rooming House. A dwelling other than a hotel, where lodging or meals for <br />three (3) or more persons is provided for compensation. Housing shared by unrelated persons <br />with disabilities that provides peer and other support for residents’ disability related needs and <br />in which residents share cooking, dining, and living areas, and may participate in communal <br />living activities. This use excludes hotels and residential care facilities. <br />
