REV:07-31-2023 VR <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant to store new furniture purchased by the City of Redwood City under a separate <br />agreement for the new Veterans Memorial Building/Senior Center, identified in <br />Attachment 1 to this Exhibit A. Consultant will provide approximately 3,050 square feet <br />of storage necessary for all new items paid for by the City and identified in Attachment 1 <br />to be stored by Consultant until the City’s Parks, Recreation and Community Services <br />Director provides written notice informing Consultant that storage is no longer necessary. <br />Upon such notice, Consultant shall deliver the purchased and stored furniture to the City <br />at the Veterans Memorial Building/Senior Center. <br />Total monthly fee is $5,863.08. <br />Total compensation is not-to-exceed $55,000.
