REV: 06-14-24 VR <br />Exhibit “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant to store new furniture purchased by the City of Redwood City under a separate <br />agreement for the Veterans Memorial Building/Senior Center, identified in Attachment 1 <br />to this Exhibit A. Consultant will continue to provide approximately 3,050 square feet of <br />storage necessary for all new items paid for by the City and identified in Attachment 1 to <br />be stored by the Consultant until the City’s Parks, Recreation and Community Services <br />Director provides written notice informing Consultant that storage is no longer necessary. <br />Upon such notice, Consultant shall deliver the purchased and stored furniture to the City <br />at the Veterans Memorial Building/Senior Center. <br />Total monthly fee is $5,863.08, for a not to exceed amount of $46,905. <br />ATTY/AGR.2024/Amend.
