When final review is approved, Consultant shall deliver <br />two final sets of approved plans with approval stamps and signatures to the <br />City within 24 (twenty-four) hours of final review and approval. <br />6. Building Codes and Standards. Consultant shall ensure that the services are <br />performed in compliance with all relevant local codes and ordinances, State Codes <br />and Federal Codes and Standards. <br />For On-Site services, fees will be billed based on actual hours used per the labor rate <br />schedules delineated below.
