REV: 08-16-23 VR <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />SERVICES: <br />Consultant will provide a variety of coaching and leadership development services on an <br />as needed basis, which may include any or all of the following: <br />1. One-to-one career development and success coaching for executive team members <br />and mid-managers who are recommended by their Department Director. <br />2. Group Leadership Coaching/Training <br />The City Manager or a Department Director may identify a need for group <br />coaching/training that may be topic specific and topics may be recommended by the City <br />Manager or by the consultant, subject to approval of the City Manager or their designee. <br />3. Leadership Succession and Transition Coaching <br />Coaching may include individuals or groups of members of the executive team and/or <br />mid-managers with a focus on succession planning and managing leadership transitions. <br />4. Strategic Planning and Facilitation <br />Details and specifics to be determined dependent on the City’s needs. <br />PROFESSIONAL FEES: <br />Consultant shall provide the services outlined above on an hourly or per task basis as <br />delineated below. Fees for services performed shall not exceed Twenty Seven Thousand <br />Dollars ($27,000). <br />Consultant will bill City per Section 6, Compensation, at an hourly rate of $240/hour. The <br />hourly rate applies to the first four coaching clients with the City. For the fifth through ninth <br />coaching clients, a 10% discount on all hourly rates goes into effect, and an 18% discount <br />on all hourly rates is applicable for all additional coaching clients beginning with the tenth <br />coaching client. <br />Training, facilitation, and strategic planning projects are scoped and priced at a fixed fee <br />rate based on the details of each engagement.
