REV: 08-22-23 MI <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES, PAYMENT TERMS AND INSURANCE <br />I. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Vendor shall sell Goods to the City from the categories listed below on an as <br />needed basis through its online platform or in store purchases. Vendor will also <br />provide free standard parcel ground freight shipping. In instances where freight <br />charges must be charged to City, this shall be noted at time of order. All Goods <br />must comply with current health and safety regulations of the California <br />Department of Industrial Relations and CAL/OSHA. <br />II. PAYMENT TERMS <br />The total cost of Goods purchased under this Master Purchase Agreement <br />shall be in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars <br />($100,000).
