09-21-2023 SK <br />Fee <br />City will pay consultant a flat-rate of $24,660 over the course of three years, paying a flat- <br />rate amount of $8,220 annually, which will be paid in quarterly installments of $2,055 per <br />invoice. This fee remains constant regardless of the number of users, trainings, units, <br />programs, projects, or reports included in the system. <br />Maintenance and ongoing operations of the City’s database are included in the flat-rate <br />amount. New reports or forms are covered under the maintenance contract without <br />additional charge. <br />Any such invoices shall be in full accord with any and all applicable provisions of this <br />Agreement. <br />City shall make payment on each such invoice within thirty (30) days of receipt; provided <br />Consultant will bill City quarterly with invoices consistent with Section 6, Compensation. <br />ATTY/AGR.2023.159/City Data Services (CDBG grant data system development/management) (Page 13 of 13)
