Page count may vary but <br />average is 84 pages per season. <br />QUANTITIES & DELIVERY <br />1. Three Activity Guides – Winter/Spring, Summer, Fall <br />2. 45,400 copies per issue (breakdown below): <br />43,987 sorted and delivered to the Redwood City U.S. Post Offices at <br />1100 Broadway St. Redwood City, CA 94063 and Menlo Park U.S. Post <br />Office at 3875 Bohannon Dr. Menlo Park, CA 94025 (for delivery to each <br />address in Redwood City, Woodside, and parts of Menlo Park/Atherton as <br />defined by postal routes) <br />Delivery of the balance of the brochures to the Red Morton Community <br />Center, 1120 Roosevelt Ave. Redwood City, CA 94061 <br />Delivery must commence no later than 2 weeks from submission of files. <br />SPECIFICATIONS <br />1. Size <br />Main Brochure size must be 8.25” x 10.75” Saddle stitched <br />2. Paper <br />Inside text, 80 pages (min weight 35#, min 80 brightness) – must be at <br />least equal in quality to sample brochure) <br />4 page Cover: 80# Gloss book, 4 color process, Aqueous Coating <br />throughout <br />Full bleeds 4 sides <br />3. Ink <br />4 color process throughout <br />4. Proof <br />Must provide a low-res Dylux of all pages and High-Res Satin of the 4 <br />color cover. <br />Proof shall be delivered to City’s graphic designer or designee <br />5.
