REV: 08-25-23 SK <br />2. TERM OF AGREEMENT <br />The term of this Agreement is from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. <br />3. COMPENSATION <br />A. Base Compensation (School Days) <br />The CONTRACTOR agrees to perform all the services of this Agreement during the <br />school days as established in the school calendar approved by the Governing Board and <br />for an amount not to exceed One Million Eight Thousand Six Hundred Forty-One and <br />29/100 Dollars ($1,008,641.29) subject to the contingency provision in Section 18 of <br />this Agreement. Supplemental Compensation (Non-School Days) <br />The CONTRACTOR agrees to perform all the services of this Agreement during the non- <br />school days (summer) and for an amount not to exceed One Hundred Fourteen Two <br />Hundred Ninety-Seven and 60/100 Dollars ($114,297.60) subject to the contingency <br />provision in Section 18 of this Agreement. Requirements for compensation for this <br />Agreement are described in Attachment B.
