Contract Template <$200,000 <br />May 2022 <br />REV: 09-21-23 EI <br />Exhibit A <br />Agreement between the County of San Mateo and City of Redwood City <br />1.Description of Services to be Performed by City <br />In consideration of the payments set forth in Exhibit B, Amount and Method of <br />Payment, City shall provide the following services: <br />City will implement the CCCS Economic Mobility & Engagement Fellow project to <br />pilot an Economic Mobility and Inclusive Engagement Management Fellow within <br />Redwood City's City Manager's Office for one year. The Management Fellow's focus <br />will be on creating a city action plan related to the Community Collaborative for <br />Children's Success Redwood City/North Fair Oaks goals on economic <br />empowerment as well as institutionalizing best practices in engagement within the <br />Redwood City government. <br />Objective 1: To gain a better understanding of the current local economic mobility <br />work and needs to inform the City’s economic mobility action plan (EMAP). <br />Activity Date Range (Start <br />to Completion <br />Date) <br />(Fiscal Year 1) <br />1)Develop interview questions/script and other <br />communications materials <br />October 2023 <br />2)Conduct landscape interviews with 5-15 organizations Oct – Nov 2023 <br />3)Work with local partners to determine the process for <br />the development of EMAP <br />Nov - Dec 2023 <br />Objective 2: To develop an EMAP that serves the RWC/NFO area, with a focus on <br />leveraging or expanding existing efforts. <br />Activity Date Range (Start <br />to Completion <br />Date) <br />(Fiscal Year 1) <br />1)Identify key partners in EMAP development Jan – Feb 2024 <br />2)Co-create the draft EMAP with local partners Feb – Apr 2024 <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: FB034838-475C-476E-A3ED-F7B24B091B38
