Construction Services Agreement <br />REV: 04-26-2021 PR <br />00 5205 - 6 <br /> <br /> <br />Appendix A to Construction Services Agreement <br /> <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />Contractor shall complete all items as outlined below: <br /> <br />Item 1: <br /> Sanding & Painting of 2-Story Playhouse Exterior Walls and Roof <br />o Includes Front wall, both levels and gable end lattice, north and south sides of play house up to the roof <br />o Scrape or strip GSS coating as needed, sand all surfaces and prepare for painting <br />o Paint two coats of Sherwin Williams exterior Duration Paint, per paint diagram provided by City in Appendix <br />F. <br />o Prior to sanding and painting roof: Remove debris, scrub exterior with soft scrub brush & <br />biodegradable cleaner to remove dirt, pollution, mildew. Rinse and let dry (Power washing not <br />allowed). <br />Item 2: <br /> Clean, sand and paint playhouse floors with Behr Deck paint as specified in paint diagram provided by City in <br />Appendix F. <br />o Includes playhouse 1st floor with stage, 2nd floor, cube seats, and bridge walkway from 2nd floor playhouse <br />to concrete walkway, tree pod deck and tree pod ramp deck <br />o Remove debris between boards and light sand to knock down ridges. <br />o Paint two coats with Behr Deck Paint or equivalent <br />o Ensure no dripping between 1st and 2nd floor <br /> <br />Item 3: <br /> Remove, refinish, and reinstall two (2) round tabletops from 2nd level playhouse. Finish to be painted using <br />Appendix F to match original colors or as directed by City <br /> <br />Item 4: <br /> Maintenance, Deep Cleaning, and Re-painting of Ava’s Entry Bridge <br />o Inspect for wear & tear. Tighten railing and deck bolts, tighten loose screws, sand splintered wood, <br />and perform small repairs. Submit written report to City if there are any additional maintenance <br />recommendations. <br />o Remove debris wedged between deck boards. Scrub exterior & interior of bridge railing & arches <br />with soft scrub brush & biodegradable cleaner to remove dirt, pollution, mildew, as well as <br />underside of elevated deck. Rinse and let dry (Power washing not allowed). <br />o Apply original paint colors as needed to all areas except top surface of decking. <br />o Paint top surface of decking with Behr Premium Advanced Deckover Paint, matching color to <br />original Burgundy wood stain. Underside of decking to remain wood stain. <br /> <br /> <br />All tools, supplies, and materials including scaffolding to complete the items listed above, shall <br />be provided by Contractor. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
