Affordable Housing: Acquisition of sites for affordable housing, new <br />construction of affordable housing, conversion of existing housing to affordable, <br />acquisition and rehabilitation of rental housing (includes special needs housing). <br />Description of Services to be Provided: <br />The Housing Accessibility Modification (HAM) program will provide modifications <br />to homes of persons with disabilities to improve accessibility and increase <br />safety. <br />Primary Quantitative Objectives: <br />Housing Accessibility Modifications (2022) will serve 6 Redwood City <br />households. <br /> <br />NOTE: Performance will be measured by program objectives and quantitative goals.
