REV: 08-24-23 VR <br />“ ”EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Consultant will: <br />Participate in the SV2 Redwood City Together Impact Night <br />o Have a booth with more information about their organization <br />o Bring at least 10 of their organization participants (board members, staff or families who <br />can contribute to the discussion on the indicators in the Community Collaborative for <br />Children’s Success (CCCS) Plan) <br />Create and measure activity on the chosen 3-5 indicators from the CCCS Plan <br />Participate in monthly CCCS Neighborhood Action Team (NAT) lunch meetings <br />Engage in quarterly professional development trainings with other partners <br />Submit a mid year report on progress on chosen indicators from the CCCS Plan <br />Attend annual retreat with other partners and Redwood City Together staff <br />Support the planning and day of events for the Welcoming RWC Working Group (Welcoming <br />Week, United Against Hate Week, OYE, World Café and Bikes and Books) <br />Consultant will be paid in two equal installments upon execution of this Agreement and at the <br />completion of all Services, pursuant to an application for payment form consistent with Section 6, <br />Compensation. <br />ATTY/AGR.2023.219/YMCA (CCCS Core Partner) (Page 11 of 11)
