REV: 11-09-23 MI EXHIBIT “A” SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE Scopes of Services Contractor shall provide body repair services for City owned vehicles, heavy-duty trucks, and off-road motorized equipment. Types of equipment requiring repair may include: •Aerial trucks •Loaders •Excavators •Dump trucks •Bucket trucks •Crane trucks •Street sweepers •Vactor trucks •Wood chippers •Customized utility trucks •Law enforcement vehicles •Fire trucks Services shall be provided at the request of the Public Works Fleet Superintendent or their designee. Contractor shall provide services Monday through Friday 8am-5pm and respond to emergency on-site service calls after hours and on weekends, if necessary. Contractor shall provide shuttle service and generate written estimates on-site. Contractor shall provide all related repairs identified during the course of conducting body repairs. Contractor shall maintain adequate covered space at their place of business to securely store City vehicles overnight and away from the elements, if necessary. At no time shall City vehicles be stored on public streets or anywhere other than the Contractor’s place of business, unless prior approval is obtained through the City. Fee City shall pay Contractor on a time and materials basis per the fee schedule outlined below and in an amount not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000). Invoices shall be billed monthly with Net 30 payment terms, in a form consistent with Section 6, Compensation.
