15. Tree Protection -Provide tree protection measures for ordinance -sized trees near the project <br />and show these measures on the building permit plans. [COA] [PLANNING] <br />16. Tree Removal Permit - Obtain a Tree Removal Permit for the removal and tree trimming of <br />all ordinance -size trees (number, type and location) defined within the City's Tree Preservation <br />Ordinance prior to building permit issuance. [SDR] [PLANNING] <br />17. Street Trees - Street trees of 24 -inch box size shall be planted along Bay, Chestnut, Broadway <br />and Woodside frontages. The number, tree species and location will be determined by the City <br />Engineer and Planning Manager. These improvements shall be included as part of the building <br />permit submittal package. Newly planted trees shall be both irrigated and maintained by the <br />applicant. [SDR] [PLANNING] <br />18. Stormwater Runoff - Post -construction runoff into the storm drain shall not exceed pre - <br />construction runoff levels. The applicant's design professional shall evaluate the project's <br />impact to the City's storm drainage system and shall substantiate their conclusions with <br />drainage calculations to the satisfaction of the City Engineer.
