EXHIBIT G <br />RECORDING REQUESTED BY <br />AND WHEN RECORDED MAIL TO: <br />City of Redwood City <br />1017 Middlefield Road <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />Attention: City Clerk <br />NO FEE FOR RECORDING PURSUANT <br />TO GOVERNMENT CODE <br />SECTIONS 6103 AND 27383 <br />APN: <br />(Space above for Recorder's Use) <br />This Agreement is recorded at the request <br />and for the benefit of the City of Redwood <br />City and is exempt from the payment of a <br />recording fee pursuant to Government Code <br />Sections 27383. <br />AFFORDABLE HOUSING <br />RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS AGREEMENT <br />(Broadway Plaza Development) <br />This Affordable Housing Restrictive Covenants Agreement (the "Agreement") is made <br />and entered into as of 20_, by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />California charter city (the "City"), and <br />LP, a California limited partnership, and permitted successor and assigns approved by the City <br />(the "Owner" or "Affordable Developer") (together, the "Parties"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. These Recitals refer to and utilize certain capitalized terms which are defined in <br />Article 1 of this Agreement. The Parties intend to refer to those definitions in connection with <br />the use of capitalized terms in these Recitals. <br />B. Sobrato Organization, LLC ("Sobrato") submitted a project application in July <br />2016 and deemed complete in September 2018. The City Council of Redwood City adopted <br />Resolution No. 15769 approving an architectural permit, planned development permit, use <br />permit, vesting tentative map, state density bonus law concessions, and an affordable housing <br />1199\10\3491196.8 1 <br />REV: 10-18-23 SK <br />
