Several versions of a four-color promotional flyer were produced; a general version
stated the dates, times and locations of all three Conversations scheduled in Redwood City, with
subsequent versions produced for each individual Conversation stating their specific date, time
and location. The flyer for the bilingual session held at Fair Oaks Community Center was
produced in English and Spanish. Flyers were distributed electronically, and in hard copy at
locations throughout the City including the venues where the Conversations were held.

A complete description of the promotional plan will be included in the final report.
