<br />6. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />There was no public comment. <br />Mayor Foust whished a happy belated birthday to Council Member Bain. Mayor Foust <br />announced that the circus is in town and it can be great fun. <br /> <br />Mayor Foust read the titles of the items to be approved via the Consent Calendar. <br /> <br />MOTION: Waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, adopt <br />the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. <br /> <br />M/S Ira/Howard to approve the Consent Calendar as presented. Council Members Bain <br />and Howard abstained on item 6.1A since they were not present at the meeting. Motion <br />carried unanimously by electronic vote with Howard and Bain abstaining on 6.1.A. <br /> <br />6.1 Section - Motions <br /> <br />A. Approve the Regular Council meeting minutes of October 12,2009 as submitted. <br />Minute Order 09-219 <br />B. Amendment No. 1 to professional service agreement with Kennedy/Jenks <br />Consultants in an amount not to exceed $260,000 for the Redwood City Recycled <br />Water Project - Phase I - Distribution Pump Station Capacity Increase Project. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve, by motion, Amendment No.1 to the professional service agreement with <br />Kennedy/Jenks Consultants in an amount not to exceed $260,000, for a total <br />contract value of $320,000, and authorize the City Manager to increase the total <br />contact amount up to 10010 if necessary. <br />Minute Order 09-220 <br />C. Agreement with San Mateo County Department of Housing to provide Information <br />and Referral Services at Fair Oaks Community Center. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve by motion and authorize City Manager to sign the agreement between the <br />San Mateo County Department of Housing and the City of Redwood City for <br />Information and Referral services provided at the Fair Oaks Community Center. <br />Minute Order 09-221 <br />D.
