Yamamoto, City Attorney <br />SUBJECT: Closed Session - Personnel [Gov't. Code s54957] <br /> <br />Performance evaluation of City Clerk, Silvia Vonderlinden <br /> <br />A closed session will be held on November 9,2009, at 5:45 p.m., for the purpose of considering <br />the above-described matter. [Gov't. Code S54957. 1] <br /> <br />Any action taken by the City Council to appoint, employ, dismiss, accept the resignation of, <br />change the compensation of or otherwise affect the employment status of a public employee <br />shall be disclosed immediately following this closed session; provided, however, that the <br />dismissal or non renewal of an employment contract shall be deferred until the first public <br />meeting following the exhaustion of administrative remedies, if any. [Gov't. Code <br />S54957.1(a)(5)]. <br /> <br />Any disclosures shall include the vote or abstention of each member. <br /> <br />Dated: November 9,2009. <br /> <br />
