REV: 12-20-23 VR <br />Fees <br />The cost for preparation of the Precise Plan and EIR shall not to exceed $1,541,549, <br />which includes a 10 percent contingency that would only be utilized upon written <br />authorization from the City. A breakdown of the cost is provided below. Costs will be <br />charged on a fixed fee basis paid based on percentage of work completed pursuant to <br />submission of a monthly invoice, in accordance with Section 6 (Compensation). <br />This scope and budget assumes the project will proceed in accordance with the schedule <br />on the previous page. The budget is based on the anticipated amount of work that would <br />occur during the estimated duration of the project. If the schedule extends beyond the <br />anticipated timeframe, the parties will need to negotiate an increased budget which will <br />need to be memorialized in a written amendment approved by both parties. <br />A.
