REV: 12-14-23 VR <br />21.7 Each party acknowledges that it is entering into this Agreement solely on the basis of the <br />agreements and representations contained in this Agreement, and that it has not relied upon any <br />representations, warranties, promises, or inducements of any kind, whether oral or written, and <br />from any source, other than those that are expressly contained within this Agreement. Each party <br />acknowledges that it is a sophisticated business entity and that in entering into this Agreement it <br />has had the opportunity to consult with counsel of its choosing. <br />21.8 Notices to be given by us under this Agreement shall be in writing and may be given by email or <br />otherwise at our discretion and sent to the Designated Contacts within your organization as stated <br />on the offer. Notices by you must be given in writing and sent by either (a) post addressed to us at <br />our address at 220 St Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5SG as stated on the Offer or (b) by email to <br />contact@collectionhq.com or to such other address as we may notify to you from time to time. <br />21.9 This Agreement shall be governed by, subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the <br />State where you are located <br />ATTY/AGR.2023.308/Bridgeall Libraries Limited (Collection HQ 2023 Agreement) (Page 24 of 25)
