Consultant shall provide litigation/mediation support for up to one year after delivery of the final report, if necessary and approved by City staff. The cost of this support is included in the fixed fee described below. SCHEDULE After direction by City staff to begin work, Consultant shall complete Phase I and Phase II of the scope of services in four (4) months. Work is estimated to begin no later than January 2024. FEE Consultant shall be paid a flat fee of $80,000 for the scope of work (Phase I and Phase II), described in this agreement. Consultant shall bill half of the amount ($40,000) upon delivery of a draft report or memorandum, with the balance (an additional $40,000) billed upon delivery of a final report or memorandum. Payment will be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of an accurate invoice. A contingency amount of $20,000 is available for any work not specified in this agreement, which may include additional valuation analyses (as described in Task 1b) or litigation/mediation support beyond what is assumed in the flat fee. Prior to beginning any out-of-scope work, Consultant shall provide an estimate of costs for the City’s approval. Consultant shall charge any out-of-scope work per the below rates. Personnel Hourly Rates Position Rate Executive $310 - $320 Senior Project Manager $290 - $305 Project Manager $245 - $255 Senior Associate $220 - $235 Associate Analyst $170 - $190 Assistant Analyst $145 - $160 Administrative Staff $130 - $145 Time spent on a task shall be rounded to the nearest one-quarter hour, with a minimum charge of one-quarter hour.
