<br />,...... .;.....,.. .,'.,. <br /> <br />"{ c ,"" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />N O. 1027 <br /> <br />(I.-"/'-J'("'" <br />(! <br /> <br />ORDERING STREET SUPERINTENDENT TO ABATE NUISANCE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1005, duly'adopted by the <br /> <br />Council ot Redwood City on the 4th day ot December, 1950, <br /> <br />said Council declared certain weeds growing upon all the <br /> <br />sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, boulevards, and highways <br /> <br />and all of the lots and property in the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />to be a nuisance, and ordered their abatement; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS said Resolution No. 1005 ordered a public <br /> <br />hearing to hear any objeotions to the removal ot such weeds <br />on January 15th, 1951; and <br />WHEREAS due notice of such hearing was given by posting <br />notioes on all the lots and property in the City ot Redwood <br />City declared to have weeds thereon, constituting a nuisance; <br />'" <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS no objections, written or oral, w ere interposed <br /> <br />at that time; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED As tollows: <br /> <br />1. That no!protests, oral or written, to the removal ot <br /> <br />weeds declared to be a nuisanoe by Resolution No. 1005 of tB <br />Councilor Redwood City have been reoeived. <br />2. That the 'Street Superintendent be and he hereby is <br />directed to remove, or cause to be removed, all the weeds declared <br />to be a nuisance by said Resolution No. 1005, at the expense of <br />the owners of the lots or property upon which or in front of <br /> <br />which such nuisance exists.. <br /> <br />3. That the Street Superintendent is further ordered and <br />directed to keep an itemized account of the cost of abating such <br />nuisance upon each separate lot or in front thereof, or both. <br /> <br />*' <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
