JAIN, being first duly sworn, deposes and says: <br /> <br />That at all times herein mentioned he was and now is the <br /> <br />duly authorized ~d acting Superintendent of Streets of the <br />city of Redwood City; that pursuant to the provisions of <br />Article V, Ordinance No. 333, of the City of Redwood City, <br />and Resolution No. 1005 of the Council of Redwood City, <br /> <br />affiant posted notices to destroy weeds on or infront of <br />property on which there existed a nuisance as declared by <br />said Resolution No. 1005 of the Council of Redwood City; <br /> <br />That all the said notices were posted more than <br /> <br />five (5) days prior to January 15th, 1951. <br />Dated: Jmluary 15th, 1951. <br /> <br /> <br />Subscribed and sworn to before me <br /> <br />this 15th day of January, 1951. <br /> <br />
