REV: 01-11-24 MI <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant shall perform the following services on a per task basis per the fee schedules below. <br />Year 1 <br />Services Assumptions (if applicable)Cost <br />1. Research, Analysis and Measurement <br />a. Research current trends in law enforcement, analyze the Department's <br />employee attrition rate and provide a metric to evaluate the effectiveness <br />of the proposed Campaign. Identify gaps in existing strategies and assist <br />the Department with new and measurable strategies to achieve hiring <br />goals <br />Includes leadership meetings to review recruitment practices and practices, Law Enforcement <br />Advertising Strategy Assessment and report. <br />$3,750 <br />2. Brand Creation: <br />a. Understand and capitalize on the unique features of and amenities <br />offered by the City of Redwood City and its Police Department <br />Includes our proprietary Talent Voice System to build the Employer Value Proposition and <br />supporting key messages and imagery. More information is provided in the formal proposal. <br />Item to also include 1:1 interviews, and a diverse candidate recruitment strategy. <br />$3,500 <br />b. Creation of brand-related products including but not limited to design <br />concepts, logos, messages, taglines, and other products that uniquely <br />represent the Department <br />Initial graphic design elements and concepts.$1,500 <br />3. Compelling Marketing and Recruitment Materials: <br />a. Development of a marketing and recruitment website, including <br />home and interior web pages (provision of all music, voice talent, video, <br />still photography and written content). <br />Provide up to 20 digital assets/designs for advertisements, banner ads, social media ads, <br />and various other uses. <br />$7,500 <br />b. Video production $35,000 <br />c. Photography Included in price of video production <br />d. Advertising brochures Included in graphic design package <br />4.On-line Recruitment Campaign: <br />Creation and launch of an on-line Recruitment Campaign for use on <br />multiple social media platforms such as, but not limited to advertising on <br />well-established platforms (e.g. YouTube, Gmail, email, and social media <br />venues such as Facebook, Twitter and lnstagram), which shall include: <br />•Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM); <br />•Hyperlinks to the City of Redwood City Human Resources job application <br />process and California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and <br />Training (P.0.S.T.) testing locations; and <br />•Section on how to prepare for a career in law enforcement, <br />taking the P.0.5.T. assessment center tests (reading <br />comprehension, English grammar, written essay, physical agility <br />and conditioning), and preparing for the job interview (initial <br />Departmental oral board and Chief selection interview. <br />Online recruitment to meet scope of work identified in the RFP $3,500 <br />5. On-line Hosting and Technical Support: <br />a.
