REV: 06-24-22 RL <br />SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE <br />govDelivery. Scheduled maintenance typically occurs every thirty (30) days with average <br />Downtime required being less than thirty (30) minutes. Planned or routine maintenance is limited <br />to two (2) hours per week. Total scheduled Downtime for the year will not typically exceed twenty <br />(20) hours. <br />govMeetings. Scheduled maintenance will take place between 11:00 pm – 4:00 am ET on Fridays. <br />Granicus, will provide the customer with at least two (2) days’ notice for any scheduled <br />maintenance. All system maintenance will be performed during these times, except for <br />emergency maintenance. In the case that emergency maintenance is required, the customer <br />will be provided as much advance notice as possible. <br />Granicus will clearly post that the site is down for maintenance and the expected duration of <br />the maintenance. <br />govAccess. Scheduled maintenance will take place between 1:00 am – 4:00 am ET every Monday. <br />govService. Planned or routine maintenance is limited to two (2) hours and typically occurs every <br />two (2) weeks. <br />All Solutions. Notifications and additional scheduled maintenance will be posted on <br />status.granicusops.com. Email notifications for these products can be subscribed to from that <br />page. <br />HARDWARE REPLACMENT <br />For hardware issues requiring replacement (where applicable), Granicus shall respond to the <br />request made by the customer within one (1) business day. Hardware service repair or <br />replacement will occur within four (4) business days of the request by the customer, not <br />including the time it takes for the part to ship and travel to the customer. The customer shall <br />grant Granicus or its representatives access to the equipment for the purpose of repair or <br />replacement at reasonable times.
