REV: 01-09-24 SK <br />c. Welding inspections of a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI), Non- <br />Destructive Testing (NOT), Ultrasound Testing and Magnetic Particle <br />Testing (UT-MT) Inspector certified by the American Welding Society <br />(AWS). <br /> <br />d. Structural Steel Bolting per American Institute of Steel Construction <br />(AISC) Standards. <br /> <br />e. Document test data and observations through daily and end-of- <br />job summary reports. Daily reports shall be submitted to the City on a <br />daily basis. Daily reports should describe the activities performed at <br />the time of field services. All report writing and office supervision <br />expenses will also be included in the hourly rate. <br /> <br />f. Deliverables: Field Inspection and Material Testing Reports. <br /> <br />The work shall be performed by qualified personnel with valid professional licenses <br />and certifications. Copies of licenses and certifications shall be provided to City for <br />verification. <br /> <br />PROJECT MANAGER: <br /> <br />Antoine Megevand, PE (CA License # C-94143) is Consultant <br />who shall be in responsible charge for the evaluation of test results, materials, and <br />workmanship insofar as they affect the character and integrity of the completed project <br />to the extent encompassed by Consultant <br /> <br />TIME SCHEDULE: <br /> <br />The schedule for the work shall be on an on-call, as-needed basis. Consultant shall <br />be available to perform on-site with a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours' notice by the <br />City. <br /> <br />FEE SCHEDULE: <br />City will pay to Consultant a not-to-exceed amount of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000) <br />for the completion of all the work and services described above, which sum will include <br />all costs or expenses incurred by Consultant, all in accordance with Section 6 <br />(Compensation). <br /> <br />Consultant shall be paid on an hourly basis with a four (4) hour minimum charge per <br />inspection. The hourly rate of One-Hundred and Three dollars ($103/hour) for field <br />compaction testing with nuclear gage shown in the attached Fee Schedule <br />includes labor, reporting (preparation and delivery of testing reports), travel, <br />sampling, sample pick-up, core sampling technical supervision, testing equipment, <br />ATTY/AGR.2023.300/Inspection Services Inc.
