REV: 01-09-24 SK EXHIBIT A-1 TASK ORDER TASK ORDER NO. ___ TO AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES This Task Order No. ___ (Task Order ) is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California (City ), and _______________, a California corporation (Consultant ). RECITALS A.
