REV: 03-14-24 VR <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Consultant will partner with Redwood City Together to facilitate a facilitation skills <br />training for its Promotores. The purpose of this training is to increase their skill, ability <br />and confidence in facilitation skills, and managing group interaction through the course <br />of their work in the community. <br />Responsibilities: <br />Facilitate the training using the “Facilitation Crash Course” curriculum which <br />covers the basics of managing group interaction, agenda development and <br />practice. <br />Outcomes: <br />Practice facilitating a meeting involving different scenarios <br />Develope an agenda for an upcoming meeting <br />Strategies on how to manage a group interaction <br />Have fun and increase the team’s confidence in meeting facilitation <br />Consultant will invoice Redwood City Together for the full amount upon completion of the <br />training. <br />ATTY/AGR.2024.032/AV Consulting (Promotores Facilitation Training) (Page 11 of 12)
