REV: 03-26-24 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Scope of Services: <br />Contractor shall provide City with minor repainting services as needed and at the request <br />of the Public Works Facilities Superintendent or their designee. Contractor shall supply <br />all labor and materials required to complete Services. <br />Fee: <br />City shall pay Contractor on a time and materials basis per the fee schedule below in <br />amount not to exceed Ninety-Nine Thousand Dollars ($99,000). Materials shall be billed <br />at cost with a 10% mark-up. Invoices shall be billed upon completion of services with Net <br />30 payment terms, in a form consistent with Section 6, Compensation. <br />Hourly Rate for Painting (Per Painter) <br />Regular Business Hours Mon-Fri (7am-5pm) <br />$123.00 <br />ATTY/AGR.2024.043/Griffin Painting, Inc.
