REV: 09-11-23 VR <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant shall store the exhibits custom-made for the Veterans and NFL Alumni via <br />the separate purchasing agreement between the Consultant and the City for the new <br />Veterans Memorial Building Senior Center, identified in Exhibit B – Veterans Memorial <br />Building – Exhibits Inventory List. Consultant shall provide approximately 1,000 square <br />feet of storage necessary for all items paid for by the City and identified in Attachment 1, <br />to be stored by Consultant until the City’s Parks, Recreation and Community Services <br />Director provides written notice informing Consultant that storage is no longer <br />necessary. Upon such notice, Consultant shall deliver the purchased and stored <br />exhibits to the City at the Veterans Memorial Building/Senior Center. <br />Deliverables: <br />1. Project Management. One time project management fee to oversee logistics. <br />4 hours for Project Manager and 8 hours for Project Coordinator <br />Total Fee: $1,020 one-time fee <br />2. Storage Fee. Estimated a total of 4 months from October 1, 2023 to January 31, <br />2024. Final cost will be determined based on actual duration. Monthly amount is <br />calculated at $2.55 sq. ft. (1,000 square foot storage) <br />Total Fee: $2,550 per month <br />3. Transportation. Rental of one 26’ flat bed truck to transport exhibits to storage <br />facility <br />Total Fee: $1,400 <br />4. Logistics. Crew members to load truck and unload truck at storage facility. <br />(Load/unload for exhibits to go to Project site was covered in the original <br />agreement <br />Total Fee: $3,960 <br />Total compensation is not-to-exceed $25,000.
