REV: 03-08-24 VR <br />Exhibit “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant shall store the exhibits custom-made for the Veterans and NFL Alumni via the <br />separate purchasing agreement between the Consultant and the City for the new Veterans <br />Memorial Building Senior Center, identified in Exhibit B “Veterans Memorial Building – Exhibits <br />Inventory List” of the original agreement to this Amendment No. 1 dated September 15, 2023. <br />Amendment No. 1 provides payment to the Consultant for the extended storage period for the <br />Exhibits due to the delay in construction of the Veterans Memorial Building project. <br />Total Fee per month: $2,550. <br />Expected extended period through June 2024. <br />All other deliverables in the Original Agreement remain in effect. <br />ATTY/AGR.2024/Amend.
