REV: 04-18-24 VR <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant will provide a variety of free recreation program services at the Magical Bridge <br />Playground, including, but not limited to arts and crafts, music and performing arts, <br />recreational programming, and cultural education/celebrations. <br />Deliverables: <br />Consultant will provide free recreational activities as part of the “Magic, Music, and <br />Motion” program at the Magical Bridge Playground (Red Morton Park/Redwood City). <br />Dates and times of the once a week program will be scheduled under the direction and <br />coordination of the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Director (PRCS) or their <br />designee. <br />Free programs at the Magical Bridge Playground will commence on or before May 1, <br />2024, and conclude April 30, 2025. <br />Free programs will last a minimum of two hours per scheduled timeslot and serve up to <br />50 children maximum. <br />Consultant will be paid $500 for each program day, pursuant to invoicing consistent with <br />Section 6, Compensation. <br />ATTY/AGR.2024.050/Casa Circulo Cultural (Magic, Music, and Motion Programming) (Page 11 of 11)
