REV: 05-01-24 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Scope of Services: <br />Consultant shall provide general pest control services for the City. These services include: <br />•Treating for general pests (i.e., ants, spiders). <br />•Establishing and maintaining cockroach and general pest monitoring stations. <br />•Completing and documenting monthly pest control service and monitoring. <br />•Providing maintenance/service calls when needed and as scheduled. <br />•Providing detailed and timely communication of all actions completed and <br />conducive conditions that may exist. <br />Consultant shall provide general pest control services four times per month, with all <br />facilities listed below receiving services at least once a month: <br />1.
