Rev: 11-22-23 VR <br />“ ”EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Consultant will: <br />Work closely with Parent Ventures to ensure 3 additional parent workshops are <br />provided in the parent series for Redwood City and North Fair Oaks community <br />members <br />o At least one workshop is in person and the rest online <br />o One workshop specifically focused on Fentanyl education <br />The other two workshops will be mutually agreed upon between the <br />Redwood City School District and Parent Ventures <br />Will provide outreach efforts for parent workshops in the community and through <br />e-newsletters <br />Redwood City School District Wellness Director will work collaboratively with <br />Parent Ventures to craft programming for the 2023-2024 School Year <br />Will collect mid-year event and year end event and data reports from Parent <br />Venture <br />Consultant will be paid the full amount upon completion of this agreement, consistent with <br />Section 6, Compensation. <br />ATTY/AGR.2023.287/Redwood City School District (Parent Venture Digital Wellbeing) (Page 10 of 10)
