REV: 04-19-2024 LF <br />Fees <br />Consultant will be paid on a per task basis per the fee schedule below: <br />Project Fees <br />Valuation report and meeting, including <br />6/30/23 funded status <br />24/25 and 25/26 recommended contributions <br />CERBT valuation packet <br />$19,500 <br />2023/24 GASBS 75 Report <br />(based on 6/30/23 valuation)$2,750 <br />2024/25 GASBS 75 Report <br />(6/30/23 valuation rolled forward to 6/30/24 measurement date) <br />$2,750 <br />CalPERS review, contribution projections $ 9,900 <br />Additional contribution analysis, including projections with <br />payments to CalPERS or Supplemental trust and staff meeting <br />$3,800 <br />Optional Council presentation $2,300 <br />Total $ 41,000 <br />Timing <br />Service 1 and 2: <br />Normally, the valuation results meeting is set about 8-10 weeks after Consultant receives <br />all requested information and the City replies to any questions after the initial review of <br />requested data. GASB 75 report will be completed approximately 2-3 weeks after year- <br />end information is received by Consultant, provided valuation has already been <br />completed. <br />Service 3: <br />Initial meeting dates are usually set approximately 4-5 weeks after actuarial information <br />is received.
