REV: 12-14-23 SK <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />FISCAL YEAR -2024 <br />Agency Information <br />Agency Name:Immigration Institute of the Bay Area <br />Address:600 Allerton St. Suite 101 <br />City, State, Zip:Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />Activity/Program Title:Legal Services for Redwood City Immigrant Families <br />Quantitative Goals <br />Description of Services to be Provided: Contractor will provide the legal information, <br />advice, and assistance that low-income immigrant families need in order to make educated <br />decisions about their future, and to fully integrate into the community. Contractor will provide <br />case-specific analysis in order to determine if local residents quality for immigration relief, as <br />well as legal assistance and representation in the application process for those who qualify <br />under current U.S. laws. Contractor will collaborate with other organizations to ensure that <br />the newcomer community has access to essential information and services, and Contractor <br />will provide trainings to service providers, educators, volunteers and emerging community <br />leaders who seek to better understand immigration and naturalization laws and policies, so <br />that they can more accurately refer and assist their clients and community. <br />Primary Quantitative Objectives: <br />Contractor will serve 1,000 incorporated Redwood City persons in 700 households. <br />NOTE: The grant performance period begins July 1, 2023 and concludes June 30, 2024. <br />ATTY/AGR.2023.307/Immigration Institute of the Bay Area (IIBA) (Legal Services for Redwood City Immigrant Families) (Page 10 of 10)
