(5) This coverage is subject to any agreements you have with us to maintain a Refrigeration Maintenance Agreement for regular periodic inspection of the refrigeration equipment at the insured location, and the servicing and repair of the equipment, including emergency response at the insured location. (6) If you have purchased a separate Spoilage Coverage Endorsement from us, the terms of that endorsement shall apply and this coverage does not apply under this Broadening Endorsement. XXXIII. Coverage Extension: Theft Of Clients' Property The following Coverage Extension is added to Part G.3. (Section I — Property): (1) The following coverage is added and is subject to the Additional Coverage — Employee Dishonesty provisions: Theft Of Client's Property coverage We will also pay for loss of or damage to "money', "securities" and "other property' sustained by your client resulting directly from "theft" committed by any of your "employees", acting alone or in collusion with other persons. The property covered under this coverage is limited to property: (a) That your client owns or leases; or (b) That your client hold for others; while the property is on your client's premises. However, this insurance is for your benefit only. It provides no rights or benefits to any other person or organization, including your client. Any claim for loss that is covered under this coverage must be presented to us by you. (2) With respect to the coverage provided by this Additional Coverage the most we will pay for loss or damage in any one occurrence is $10,000, unless a higher Limit Of Insurance for Employee Dishonesty is shown in the Declarations. LIABILITY COVERAGES I. Aircraft Chartered with Crew The following is added to the exceptions contained in the Aircraft, Auto Or Watercraft Exclusion in Part B.1.g.Exclusions Applicable To Business Liability Coverage (Section II — Liability): 1. This Provision I does not apply if the chartered aircraft is owned by any insured. 2. The insurance provided by this Provision I shall be excess over any other valid and collectible insurance available to the insured, whether primary, secondary, excess, contingent or on any other basis, except for insurance purchased specifically by you to be excess of this policy. Exclusion 1.g. does not apply to Aircraft chartered with crew to any insured. II.
