REV: 03-25-24 LF <br />22.RF SIGNAGE, BARRICADES AND NOTICES. <br />Licensee, and any Authorized Sublicensees, shall install signs alerting the public, but <br />especially workers and public safety officials of any radio frequency emissions or other safety <br />issues, and any other legally required signs. These signs shall comply with OSHA 1910.145 and <br />OSHA CFR 1926.200. <br />23.AMENDMENTS. <br />The provisions of this License may be amended only by mutual consent of the Parties <br />expressed in writing and executed by authorized representatives of both parties. <br />24.NO RELOCATION ASSISTANCE. <br />Licensee acknowledges that Licensee is not entitled to relocation assistance, or any other <br />benefits under the Uniform Relocation Assistance Act, or any other applicable provision of law <br />upon termination of this License. Licensee hereby waives and releases Licensor from any claims <br />to any relocation assistance, or any other benefits under the Uniform Relocation Assistance Act, <br />or any other applicable provision of law. <br />25.MEMORANDUM OF LICENSE. <br />Contemporaneously with the execution of this License, the Parties will execute a <br />recordable Memorandum of License substantially in the form attached as Exhibit “C”.
