Gregson, Esq. <br />Re: Box DT Redwood <br /> (Space Above This Line For Recorder’s Use Only) <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />) <br />COUNTY OF SAN MATEO ) <br />APN: 052-374-080; 052-374-190 <br />D.T.T. = $0, Term less than 35 years <br />MEMORANDUM OF LICENSE <br /> This Memorandum of License is entered into on this ____ day of _______________, 2024, by <br />and between The City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br />(“Licensor”), having a mailing address at 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA 94063, and <br />GTE Mobilnet of California Limited Partnership, a California limited partnership, dba Verizon <br />Wireless (“Licensee”), with its principal offices at One Verizon Way, Mail Stop 4AW100, <br />Basking Ridge, New Jersey 07920. <br />1.LICENSOR AND LICENSEE ARE THE CURRENT PARTIES TO A CERTAIN <br />LICENSE AGREEMENT dated as of the Effective Date (“License”) for the purpose of <br />installing, operating and maintaining a communications equipment and other improvements at the <br />Licensed Area described in Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br />3.The Initial Term of the License shall be five (5) years commencing on the Effective Date <br />with four (4) additional, five-year terms each upon the same terms and conditions of the License, <br />unless Licensee notifies Licensor in writing of Licensee’s intention not to renew the License at <br />least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the then-existing term. <br />4.This Memorandum of License is not intended to amend or modify, and shall not be deemed <br />or construed as amending or modifying, any of the terms, conditions or provisions of the License, <br />all of which are hereby ratified and affirmed.
